XrayTech Maxus
Universal XrayTech Maxus X-ray television system designed for monitoring a wide range of control objects made of various materials.
Radiation Protection Chamber
The protective chamber is made of steel and lead in accordance with international and Russian standards for the protection of personnel from X-rays and is designed to work with X-ray machines with a voltage of up to 450 kV. It is equipped with an automatic sliding door, a lighting system, a labyrinth window for cables and connection of supply and exhaust ventilation, locking and alarm systems.
Manipulator
The system is equipped with a specialized manipulator, which has 7 degrees of freedom:
- vertical movement of the X-ray tube
- rotation of the X-ray tube
- vertical movement of the detector
- rotation of the detector
- horizontal movement of the object table in two directions
- rotation of the object table relative to the vertical axis
For convenience and to increase the speed of control, the object table can be equipped with an additional footrest and can be extended beyond the protective chamber.
X-ray machine
X-ray devices of cable type with anode voltages up to 450 kV are used as a source of X-ray radiation. To improve the quality of the images obtained, an adjustable aperture is used.
X-ray detector
As an X-ray detector, radiation-resistant high-resolution flat-panel detectors with the area of the working area necessary to solve the control tasks are used.
Control
The control of the detector manipulator, the X-ray tube manipulator and the object table is carried out remotely from the workplace of the operator of the X-ray television complex using a video surveillance system. On the ergonomic control panel there are joysticks for moving manipulators, changing the operating modes of the X-ray machine and other controls.
In the presence of an optional automation system of the complex, automated control of the same type of products is possible according to a certain preset program.
The image enhancement system provides the ability to process the resulting images. Optionally, it is possible to retrofit the complex to obtain a three-dimensional image in the computed tomography mode.
