XrayTech KBY39
Universal X-ray television system XrayTech KBY39 designed for the control of various large-sized products (pipe fittings, tanks, etc.).
Radiation Protection Chamber
As a protective chamber, both a stationary concrete chamber and a prefabricated lead-steel one can be used.
Manipulator
The manipulators of the tube and detector are located on independent vertical movements. Both the tube and the detector can independently move horizontally and vertically, as well as rotate to change the polar angle of the product’s transmission. Additionally, the manipulator can be installed on a portal with the possibility of movement in one or two horizontal planes (as a result, up to 9 axes in total).
Transfer cart
The products are delivered to the control area on a transport cart. Depending on the shape and dimensions of the controlled products, it is possible to use both single and double carts.
X-ray machine
X-ray devices of cable type with anode voltages up to 600 kV are used as a source of X-ray radiation.
X-ray detector
Radiation-resistant high-resolution flat-panel detectors with different working area areas are used as an X-ray detector.
Control Panel
From the control panel of the X-ray television complex, the operator remotely controls the movements of the manipulator, as well as the X-ray machine. The relative location of objects in the control zone is displayed on the operator’s monitor using a video surveillance system.
The manipulator is controlled both from the workplace of the operator of the X-ray television complex and from small consoles located directly next to the equipment inside the camera.
