Radiation protection chamber EcoCAB 20x15x20
One of the main arguments when choosing this equipment is the absence of a stationary X-ray room. The EcoCAB radiation protection chamber ensures the radiation safety of personnel when using an X-ray machine with an anode voltage of up to 450 kV.
The EcoCAB protective camera is designed taking into account the current regulations in the field of X-ray inspection. All necessary documentation is provided complete with the equipment.
The design of the protective chamber is made of steel and lead, equipped with an automatic sliding door in an X-ray protective design, a lighting system, a labyrinth window for entering the necessary cables and connecting the supply and exhaust ventilation.
The door of the protective chamber is equipped with locks that ensure that the generation of X-ray radiation is stopped when the door is opened, and also block the activation of the X-ray machine when the door is open. Clearly visible and easily accessible emergency shutdown buttons of the X-ray machine are installed outside and inside the camera.
A light board “X-ray transmission” and a radiation hazard sign are installed on the protective chamber. Additionally, in case of malfunction of the locking and alarm systems, a protective circuit is implemented that does not allow the X-ray machine to be turned on.
As a source of X-ray radiation, it is possible to use both cable-type and portable X-ray apparatus.
It is possible to develop the design of the radiation protection chamber under the special conditions of the customer or the configuration of the existing equipment.
