The EcoGen line of stationary X-ray devices of the cable type is designed to solve a wide range of tasks in radiography and fluoroscopy. Provide high-quality and reliable generation of X-ray radiation.
The standard EcoGen 160 kit includes the following components:
- cathode high-voltage generator
- metal-ceramic X-ray tube
- high voltage cable
- X-ray machine control panel
- closed loop water cooling system
- cable set
It is possible to retrofit the kit with additional equipment on request.
The main features of stationary X-ray devices of the EcoGen cable type:
- High-quality long-term radiation, with low pulsations of high voltage and current, as well as high stability of parameters.
- The versatility of the equipment allows it to be used not only in industry, but also in scientific laboratories.
- The possibility of round-the-clock operation due to the safety margin of the generator in terms of power. In addition, this is facilitated by constant monitoring of the state of the device.
- Ease of installation, which allows not only to quickly put into operation, but also to integrate into existing industrial systems.
- Modular design of the X-ray machine.
Allows the replacement of individual components, simplifies the repair and retrofitting of the X-ray machine (for example, an additional X-ray tube, a longer high-voltage cable).
- A library of X-ray tubes and an automated procedure for their training.
- Maintainability. The high-voltage generator is made in the form of a single module consisting of a power module and a high-voltage unit. The high-voltage part is placed in oil, disassembled and assembled without degassing and vacuuming, which facilitates maintenance.
- An autonomous control panel with a graphical built-in monitor. User-friendly interface in English.
- All components of the X-ray machine pass the output test control at the factory.
